Real Life Drama vs. Reality TV

Well, I decided to not take anyone's advice that day and do things my way. I can't say I'm HAPPY with the outcome, but I can accept it since it was mine... I guess we all need to take responsibility for our own actions, and deal with the consequences, right? The only other alternative is to deny the shit and look like a jack ass. Enough with the weighted BS!

I'm so exhausted this week. I'm so tired of everyone else's drama. I mean, I like watching the crap on TV, but this real life emotional junk is too heavy. I don't want to think about your screwed up life all day! I got my own, people!!! But that's what the past week's been like...

Why do people get off on drama anyhow?

Marge is perfectly content being a cat lady, and Johnny - a stonewad, who watches cartoons, so why do the rest of us get off on watching sicko pageant shows where the 4 year old kids say, "I won't disappoint you, mommy" or reality shows that ARE NOT close to reality, with their Beverly Hill Mansions and fake breakups?? SERIOUSLY!!!!

Why do we care what other people, whom we've never met, are doing? Or buying? Or dating? Or fighting with? Or how much their extensions cost?

I'm pretty sure I watch it, so I don't have to think about my own life, but if everyone is doing that, isn't that just fucking sad?
