Here's an image from a motel that looks promising as our "Sunshine." Could this be the one?

This week, our motel scouting continues. Ia, my art goddess, (that's her new name!) was kind enough to give me another list of possibilites, which I'm currently going through today. Tomorrow, we plan on doing a little more scouting/investigating, so I'll post pics after our trip. Wish us luck! :)
