We are often only slaves to our own minds, and nothing else.  Throw off the chains!

When I see people without food, angry, hurt, hurting others... this reminds me of slavery. An enslaved mind will seek to destruct, whether it is aware or not. Sometimes it turns outwards, destructing that within reach. Sometimes it turns inwards - diseasing.

When we are not kind to ourselves and others,we are enslaving ourselves unconsciously. Keeping ourselves from being the best people we can be on this planet. And the great part about freedom is it's designed to give us choices. Choose good. God does.
